Dunholme Camera Club

The real voyage of discovery consists not in seeking new landscapes but in having new eyes.

This was a quote by the French novelist Marcel Proust and it appears to be of particular use to the photographer.

Having an eye for a good picture is something you can learn and all of us here at Dunholme Camera Club love learning. We also love helping each other learn.

We are a group of like minded people who have a passion for photography. Besides creating great pictures of all genres we also create great friendships. There are no cliques in our club. We welcome new members as old friends and quickly make them feel welcome.

We share ideas, techniques and jokes. We delight in both film and digital. Our regular competition nights allow for an encouraging culture of improvement. Our guest speaker nights enlighten and entertain. Our new skills nights expand our knowledge and technique and along with that our enjoyment of a fantastic past time.

Young! Old! We are like photography itself.

Timeless.
