Membership is open to anyone with a keen interest in photography in the Dunholme and surrounding villages and the Lincoln area.
We meet at the Old School, Dunholme, Lincolnshire every two weeks - on a Thursday evening starting at 7.30pm.

CONSTITUTION
1. Objectives.
The Purpose of the Club is to enable Members to improve their knowledge and skills in photography through fortnightly meetings consisting of Talks, Lectures, Photographic competitions and outside visits to photographic locations.
2. Membership
Membership is open to anyone with an interest in photography. A prospective member may attend up to four meetings on payment of a fee decided at an AGM. At the fifth meeting the person may join as a member and pay a subscription as decided at the AGM.
3. Subscription
An annual subscription shall be charged as decided at the AGM and shall become due at the first meeting in January each year.
4. Committee
The Club officials shall consist of a Chairperson, a Secretary, a Treasurer and one other member. Each must be elected at an Annual General Meeting and shall stand for re-election each year.
5. Meetings
An Annual General Meeting at which the accounts shall be presented will be held at the first meeting in January each year. Two weeks notice shall be given to members in writing. A programme of meetings will be arranged and published in advance.
6. New Rules
Rules can be introduced, amended or repealed at a duly convened Annual General Meeting providing that notice of the intention to alter the rules is sent to all members at the same time as that of the meeting, an alteration needs a positive vote of 75 per cent of those at the meeting.
7. Closure Procedures
Should the Club close all available funds are to be divided between current members and past surviving members pro rata to their membership years, All assets Given by Gift, Award or Grant are in the first instance to be offered back to the giving party, should that party not require the item all items will be sold to the highest bidder and funds distributed into the local community clubs and societies. All other club funded assets are to be sold to the highest bidder and income from the sale of such items shall be distributed between the members that helped secure the purchase of those items by fund raising, gift or from membership payment at the time of purchase of the equipment, this will be decided by the outgoing Committee Members.
